

Lee Bush
Co-founder of Gegan Solutions limited, CEO of SM Waste Management and Managing Partner of Pilgrim Windows and Doors Ltd.
Lee started his career at the age of 14 working for the family business within the trades as a joiner until he was 18 years old after which he moved into the automotive industry covering a wide range of areas, from vehicle technician to vehicle sales and aftermarket sales.
After 12 years working within the automotive industry, he changed his career path into returnable bulk packaging working for CEVA container logistic for 23 months until the division was sold to Brambles. Lee worked for the CHEP Pallecon Solutions division within the Brambles group as a national business development manager, during his time there he developed and managed high-value corporate accounts, for example, Reckitt Benckiser, McDonald's, Ford motor company and Unilever.
After 5 years at CHEP, an opportunity opened for Lee to move his career into the renewable energy sector working with Biffa waste service as the commercial manager within the energy Division based at the Cannock.
Following a couple of years at Biffa waste services, Lee left the business and decided to go self-employed craving out a waste management and consultancy business. Over the time his business expertise has developed and now not only is he the part of the Gegan board of Directors but he is the proud owner of a building company in Lincolnshire and waste management and consultancy business based in Coventry.
Since 2015 Lee has been very active in grassroots football where he started off coaching under 5's football for a couple of years since the beginning of 2019 Lee has taken on the role as Vice Chairman of the Rugby Borough youth football club.
